No, it isn't. There can be a maximum difference of 3 inches between a bitch and male at the whithers (13.5 is the low end for bitches and 16.5 in is the tallest for males). This is an old photo of her when she was about 7 months-ish and her legs hadn't sprouted. She is 14 1/4 and Ike 16 1/4, so the height difference is reduced now that she is about to turn 1!
ike looks a whole head taller than farrah. is that what they are supposed to be (i never can remember the standard)?
